Smack Technologies Awarded $7.5M SOCOM Prototype Agreement

Austin, Texas

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has awarded Smack Technologies a $7.5M prototype Other Transaction (OT) agreement for Omega, Smack's AI decision platform for commanders.

This award is part of SOCOM’s initiative to accelerate the application of frontier technologies into deployable warfighting capabilities across domains.

“Winning the next peer-level conflict will require the ability to rapidly fuse and reason over multimodal data to make informed decisions across echelons and time horizons, which is a capability that does not exist today,” said Andy Markoff, CEO and co-founder of Smack, and a former Marine Raider. “This agreement with SOCOM is an important step in delivering Decision Dominance to the Joint Force.”
